Terms and Conditions

ESTEtx, LLC shall not be liable for and assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by, or resulting from, misapplication of any product sold by this firm. You buy with the express understanding that as purchasers and/or users you are thoroughly familiar with the correct application and proper care of our products. 

By signing/accepting this agreement buyer agrees that they meet the following criteria: 

Current professional license in the state where application originates from. Certification or proper training in the Dermaplaning procedure.
Current Liability Insurance that covers Dermaplaning procedures. 

And has read and understood the following: 

It is the purchasers' and users' responsibility to determine the suitability of any product for any particular use. Purchasers and users are responsible to check all applicable industry, trade association, federal, state and local regulations, and comply with same. Understand all cautions and warnings before ordering through ESTEtx, LLC. 

RAZORS, RAZOR BLADES, AND ASSOCIATED SHAVING PRODUCTS ARE INTENDED FOR ADULTS. THESE ITEMS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED EXTREMELY SHARP AND CAPABLE OF INFLICTING SERIOUS INJURY IF HANDLED IMPROPERLY. ESTETX, LLC ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MISUSE OF THESE ITEMS BY THE USER. 

Buyer may not and shall not resell the ESTEtx products to any other person or entity without prior written consent of ESTEtx, which consent may be withheld at the sole discretion of the seller. 

All purchases are to be paid in full at the time of order prior to the releasing of goods or services to the buyer. 

All prices are exclusive of all tariffs, taxes, insurance, shipping, freight, and delivery charges. 

Please review order carefully. All reports of damaged or missing items or incorrect shipments should be made immediately. ESTEtx LLC., is not responsible for damage incurred by the shipper. Please contact the shipper if your order arrives in a damaged carton. 

ESTEtx shall not be liable for delays in delivery. All orders will be shipped ground transportation unless otherwise noted. 

Buyer may not advertise products, or make any written claims, without written authorization from ESTEtx, LLC. Buyer may not make representations that extend beyond what is represented by the ESTEtx product line. Please comply with all state, local, federal laws, not limited to the United States Food and Drug Administration. 

Buyer may not resell any of the ESTEtx products. This includes, but is not limited to, the internet, auction sites, retail location, other physician offices, spas, salons, customers, patients, and/or domestic or international markets. 

Return Goods Policy: 

1. Returned merchandise requires written authorization and an ESTEtx Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA) prior to shipping the returned goods.
    
2. Claims for shortage or damaged goods must be made within 10 days of receipt.
    
3. All merchandise must be in the original packaging and sealed cartons.
    
4. All returned goods must include a packing list and must be shipped prepaid.
    
5. Credit will be issued as follows:
   a. Merchandise less than 30 days old will be issued 100% credit, less a 25% restocking charge. b. Merchandise older than 30 days and custom orders are not returnable for credit.
   c. No cash refunds will be given.
   Warranty: ESTEtx, LLC makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied.
    

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon completing the registration process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by ESTEtx, L.L.C., without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
